We are experiencing longer than usual delivery times due to record parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-related restrictions.  Please click below for more information about how this impacts our delivery times;

Within Australia

International

Shipping within Australia

Includes orders placed overseas, shipping to an Australian address.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on your shipping location and the size of your order.

Large orders can only be delivered to street addresses within Australia.

For orders shipped outside Australia, the postage cost will depend on the country and size of your order. A shipping calculator is available on each product page. You can also view your total shipping cost at the Cart page, prior to Checkout.

Please note

The destination country may be subject to customs duties and fee levies, and will be payable by the customer.

Freight Carriers

Domestic Standard services are delivered by Australia Post
International orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel and may transfer to a local courier on arrival within the destination country.

Tracking Your Order

You will be asked to create a store account when you purchase. This will give you the ability to track your order. Log in to your account and click the 
Track Order link for the latest order status.

We’re also available to chase up information about any items for you. If, for example, you think your order is taking too long to arrive and may have been lost in transit.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Delivery times

Order processing time may take up to 24 hours based on time of day your order is received.
Average delivery time for standard delivery Australia-wide is 3–7 business days (including most country areas).
Please allow 8-11 business days for Western Australia country, Far North Queensland and outside Alice Springs and Darwin in the Northern Territory.

Delivery acceptance

All home delivery orders require a signature upon delivery. However, you can request in the delivery notes that the delivery be left without you having to sign acceptance.

If no one is at home to receive the parcel or there's no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for it, a card will be left with instructions indicating if you need to call to arrange another delivery time or if you need to collect your order from a specified delivery agent. Re-delivery fees may apply.

Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items.

Delivery policy

Australia Post will accept deliveries to street addresses, PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

To make it more affordable for you to purchase our products wherever you are in the world, we provide discounted overseas shipping rates.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on your shipping location and the size of your order.

Delivery times

Average delivery time for international delivery is 20-25 working days.

Delivery acceptance

All international deliveries require a signature on delivery. They can not be left unattended. A card or notification will be left at the delivery address if someone is not available to sign for the delivery.
