LOTE Accreditation Examination November 2024 - CHINESE
The examination for LOTE accreditation (Chinese) is held in February, June and November each year. This product is for the November 2024 LOTE exam to be held on Wednesday 20 November from 10:30 am via zoom. The exam will consist of a 1.5-hour written exam and a 20-30 minute oral exam per person.
Applications close on Tuesday 12 November 2024.
The examination for LOTE accreditation (Chinese) is held in February, June and November each year. The 2024 November examination will be held online via Zoom on Wednesday 20 November. The test has two components, a written and oral examination. The written test will be from 10:30 am, with a further oral examination.
The exam consists of a 1.5-hour written examination and a 20-30 minute oral examination. The oral component involves reading aloud a passage in pinyin. Candidates are expected to know simplified characters.
The registered candidates will be contacted via SMS or email a week prior to the exam to arrange an individual oral exam time. Exam details including Zoom link and the confirmed oral exam time will be emailed to candidates closer to the date.
Applications and payment must be received no later than 7 days before the date of the examination. Payment is by credit card only.
You may get a full refund if you cancel your exam registration by emailing asia-institute@unimelb.edu.au before the applications closing date. The credit card charge fee is not refundable.
