Using the Sustainability in Quality Improvement (SusQI) approach it introduces quality as a tool to create more environmentally and socially sustainable healthcare services.

Participants will learn about the link between health, healthcare and the environment and ways to implement change in workplace practices. All participants will be supported to develop a workplace project plan and calculate associated carbon emissions. Academics and health professionals with extensive experience will lead the program.

What is SusQI?
SusQI (Sustainability in Quality Improvement) was developed by the UK Centre for Sustainable  Healthcare (CSH). It is a 4-step approach to incorporating environmental  sustainability into health service quality improvement programs.
