A medium to full bodied Shiraz grown in Dookie red earth and warm climate shows characters of ripe dark berry fruit, liquorice and spice. Firm, round tannins complimented by maturation in both French and American oak make this wine a lovely match with grilled red meat dishes or vintage cheeses.
