It’s a blend of Riesling, Semillon & Sauvignon Blanc is made at the University of Melbourne’s historic 1896 Dookie College winery, the Riesling is sourced from the nearby Tallis Family vineyard and the Semillon & Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the College
