An Academic Transcript is the official record of all of your studies undertaken at the University of Melbourne. It shows: Your full name and preferred address as recorded in the student system, your Student ID number, date of course completion, conferral date (Graduation date), thesis topic, if applicable, majors, disciplines (Fields of research), all of the course/s you have undertaken, listed chronologically by year, all subject codes and titles, all subject marks, points and grades, Weighted Average Mark (WAM), date of any discontinued study, Leave of Absence (start and return dates) Prizes, Awards, and Student Achievements, and, Merit based Scholarships.
