The Centre for Digital Transformation of Health (CDTH) is excited to host our second Digital Health Evidence Generator Bootcamp on Thursday 8th, Friday 9th and Monday 12th May 2025. Led by experts in digital health research from Australia and the United Kingdom, this Bootcamp is designed to deep dive into the realm of digital health evidence generation and development of a tailored evidence generation plan for your digital health innovation.
Self-guided pre-work: There is half a day (3 - 4 hours) of pre-work required to attend this Bootcamp. The pre-work opens on Monday 28 April, and work is due Tuesday 7 May 2025.
Bootcamp dates: Online seminars on the Thursday 8th and Friday 9th of May and an in-person workshop on Monday 12th May at Melbourne Connect (700 Swanston Street, Carlton).
Day 1 (3hr online): Digital Health Evidence Generation seminar
Immerse yourself in a series of comprehensive online seminars by key experts from the CDTH and Dr Paulina Bondaronek from University College London (UK). We will delve into the current state of digital health evidence generation across the world exploring best practices and pragmatic approaches across consumer equity & involvement.
Day 2 (4 hr online): Digital Health Evidence Generation seminar
In our second session we focus on usability, data & interoperability, health economic assessment, implementation science and research & trial design.
Day 3 (in person): Hands-on workshop
Apply your new knowledge during a hands-on workshop with our experts. This exclusive session invites participants to roll up their sleeves and develop a tailored evidence generation plan under the guidance of CDTH researchers. Whether you represent a large healthcare organisation, you are solo practitioner or a digital health researcher, this workshop equips you with the tools and insights to navigate planning for digital health evidence generation effectively.
You’ll continue to build your new connections over lunch. After lunch, attendees will present their pitches and receive feedback from our experts. We’ll celebrate your progress by finishing off the Bootcamp with networking drinks.
