Centrelink may request:

Evidence of your enrolment:  If so, present your Statement of Enrolment which you may download from   my.unimelb

Proof of academic results:  If Centrelink has asked for additional information, choose this Centrelink specific product.

When placing your order please use the Special Instructions text box to provide us with your:

  • Centrelink Reference Number (CRN)

  • Internship/placement overseas details (Dates, subject, name of University, city, country etc.)

  • Other requirement you may have

Importantly, you must explain exactly what Centrelink has requested. For example, to determine eligibility to continue receiving payments while travelling overseas during your year of study.

 Centrelink letters purchased with be sent to you in either of two digital formats:  

  1. digital format  Digital Academic Statements - will be uploaded to the University of Melbourne's secure digital platform, MyeQuals, or 

  2. a .pdf electronic copy sent from the University of Melbourne, Academic Records email account.
