Dads Tuning in to Kids online facilitator training 28 April 2026 (9:00am - 1:30pm AEST)
A single session training program to become an accredited facilitator of Dads Tuning in to Kids™, the evidence-based adaptation of the widely used Tuning in to Kids® parenting program. Dads Tuning in to Kids 28 April 2026 (9:00am - 1:30pm AEST).
It is a prerequisite for training as a facilitator in Dads Tuning in to Kids™ that you have previously completed Tuning in to Kids® facilitator training.
Credit card purchases attract a service charge. This charge will vary based on the type of credit card used. For domestic customers, the fees will range from 0.86% to 1.55%, and for international customers from 3.64% to 4%.
Registration includes:
- One session online training
- Program certification
- Program manual & postage*
- Access to our Facilitator portal upon completion, which houses additional facilitator resources including access to research articles, tip sheets, translations, parent handouts & video materials to assist in program delivery**
- Ongoing support via free supervision sessions, offered monthly by our training team. Please see our Supervision page for more information

Pre-requisite: The Dads Tuning in to Kids facilitator training is open to certified Tuning in to Kids facilitators only.
What is included in the training? The training focuses on the father-child emotional connection. It provides additional content particularly relevant to fathers and outlines modifications to program activities and processes as well as giving theoretical and philosophical background to this adaptation.
Certification: Those completing the training will be certified as Dads Tuning in to Kids program facilitators. To attain certification you must attend the full Zoom session.
Manuals and postage: All facilitators must have a manual in order to deliver the Dads Tuning in to Kids material. To purchase, please select the manual as an accessory at the bottom of this page. The cost of postage within Australia is included in the training fee. For overseas attendees, please select the appropriate supplementary postage cost below.
Venue: Online via Zoom
Changes to Registration Policy: Registered participants who are unable to attend and notify us of this in writing at least 2 days before the workshop are allowed one transfer to another eligible participant or one transfer to an equivalent training in the same calendar year.
Cancellation Policy: Participants who cancel their registration up to 14 days before the training will receive a full refund. After 14 days before the training, participants will receive a refund minus an AUD$50.00 fee to cover administration and postage recovery costs.
