Replacement Student Cards
To order a replacement student card, please identify your situation in the table below and, if relevant, select the appropriate category on the left.
In most cases, you can choose to have your card mailed to you, or to collect it from the card kiosk located in the foyer at the Baillieu Library.
Check the specific details for each replacement card category for other possible collection/delivery options.
Replacement cards sent through standard mail within Australia will normally take between 5-7 business days to arrive from the time you submit your order.
Cards sent via standard international airmail can take 10-15 business days depending on location.
