Please submit your personal ID (passport/driver licence) and provide your study year, campus, course name and name.
Please note this product is only for ordering Hard Copy. If your delivery address is overseas, please ensure that it is written using the English (Latin) alphabet. This is in accordance with international postal conventions.
Also, please note that you cannot order this product on behalf of someone else.
Records for students who studied at the University of Melbourne before 1974 are archived and require additional time to source and prepare an academic statement.

Delivery: Academic transcripts requiring searches of University of Melbourne archived academic records may take longer that the usual processing time. An electronic copy of your academic transcript in .pdf format will be sent to you from the University of Melbourne, Academic Records email account.
